Since initiating cultivation on their own lands in 2011, they have demonstrated remarkable proficiency in crafting high-quality coffees, securing a premium price through direct sales to buyers.

A percentage of the sales proceeds is directly allocated to a local bank account owned by these women. Annually, during their assembly, members cast votes to decide how these funds will be utilized, ensuring sustainable community development.
